Returns

Returns*: All returns must be pre-approved by HEAVENS THERAPY. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase as per the instructions given upon approval. Defective items will be credited as per our warranty information listed below. Any items returned that are not due to defect in manufacturer's workmanship, will be credited at the original cost of the item, less a 50% restock fee. Warranty: HEAVENS THERAPY will credit all damaged merchandise over 2% of the value purchased due to manufacturer's fault after being returned (at customer's expense) HEAVENS THERAPY for inspection.

*Customer's that return items without being "pre-approved" or follow the "return instructions" set forth by HEAVENS THERAPY will waive their right to any credits they may have otherwise received.
